Rainier OB/GYN’s office is located in the Allenmore Hospital complex at 1901 S Union Ave, Tacoma, WA 98405 (Building B, Suite 3010), close to major Tacoma hospitals.​ When arriving at Allenmore Building B, we recommend driving around the parking area to look for Entrances 9 or 12 before parking to avoid a long walk.

Rainier OB/GYN works with Regence and Premera, two major local Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) carriers, and for patients from out of state, accepts all BCBS PPO plans. Because network participation can change, patients with Regence or Premera are advised to confirm in-network status directly with both their insurance company and the clinic and to review details on the clinic’s insurance page.

As a Tacoma-based OB/GYN practice, Rainier OB/GYN coordinates deliveries at nearby full-service MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital and St. Joseph Medical Center, which are the primary labor-and-delivery centers serving this area.​

Patients can schedule or change an appointment by calling the clinic’s main office at 253-383-5628. Established patients may also be able to request or modify appointments by sending a message or case through the clinic’s patient communication system, though calling the office directly is recommended for time-sensitive changes or detailed questions.

Patient care is extremely important in OB/GYN practices, and we will always work to respond to or accommodate urgent concerns, such as early pregnancy issues, significant pelvic pain, or other acute gynecologic problems. Rainier OB/GYN patients are encouraged to call the office to speak with one of our patient care coordinators. If you are ever in doubt, or if you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Free parking is available near Allenmore Building B, in front of both Entrances 9 and 12. The parking in front of Entrance 9 is self-parking, while the area in front of Entrance 12 offers both self-parking and free valet parking.

Rainier OB/GYN’s office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Friday by appointment only.
